Opportunity and Organization

Part-Time, 0.4 FTE, Fixed-Term work for a multi-award-winning iconic community health organisation. Generous salary packaging options to reduce your cohealth taxable income. This role is with cohealth/Anglicare and related program areas aiming to reduce health and social inequity.

Role Context

Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real impact in your community? The CYCLOPS program (Anglicare's Young Carer Program) seeks a Case Manager to work with young carers, helping them thrive through guidance and support.

Locations and Scheduling
  • Roles available across Maribyrnong, Hoppers Crossing, Wallan and Doreen.
  • Flexible hours to suit individual needs.
  • Pay rates between $34-$76 per hour.
  • Long and short shifts available, rostered 4 weeks in advance.
  • 24/7 support from our team of Care Managers.
Additional Contract Details
  • Part-time and Fixed-term contract with possible opportunity for extension.
  • Salary range from $44.58 to $47.97 per hour, plus 12% superannuation.
  • NFP salary packaging.
  • Additional personal leave and paid parental leave.

  • 2x Part-Time, Fixed-Term roles until September 2026.

  • Based at Thomastown, and Wururra (location variants as applicable).
Salary and Workplace
  • Full-time and fixed-term contract ending 30 July 2026.
  • Market competitive annual salary: 88K-94K + 12% super.
