Overview

Front of House Team Member - Sylvania Casual/Part-Time/Full-Time. Chargrill Charlie's is looking for Front of House Team Members. You'll be the face of the business, interacting with customers and ensuring they receive the best service through a friendly attitude and attention to detail. You'll work with your coworkers to take and present orders, comply with restaurant standards, and help maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation of the restaurant. You'll also contribute to our culture of fun and create great connections with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers and ensure they receive excellent service through a positive attitude.
  • Take and present orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Work with coworkers to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the restaurant.
  • Support Management and contribute to overall restaurant operations.
  • Foster a welcoming environment and contribute to Chargrill Charlie's culture.
Qualifications
  • Hardworking and a great communicator.
  • Friendly and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and be a true team player.
