  1. Oversee HSW strategy, critical risk programs, and governance across NSW/ACT
  2. Mentor HSW teams and coach leaders to build safety capability
  3. Manage complex investigations, audits, and regulator engagement
About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner - Health, Safety & Wellbeing to lead safety initiatives and embed a proactive culture across diverse operations. Reporting to the HSW Regional Manager, you will oversee regional safety programs, manage risk registers, and provide strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead planning and delivery of HSW programs across NSW/ACT
  2. Manage risk registers, incident reporting, and regulator liaison
  3. Mentor and coach HSW Partners and Advisors
  4. Deliver training and capability-building across sites
Skills & Experience
  1. Degree in OHS or equivalent
  2. 5+ years in senior WHS roles
  3. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance, and risk management
  4. Proven experience leading investigations and driving improvement
