Everest Wealth specialises in Financial Planning for Millennial & Gen Z clients, with referrals from She's on the Money, Glen James, Equity Mates & Rask Media podcasts. We are a young & dynamic team with flexible working arrangements and with the ability for growth in your role.
As our Practice Manager, you're responsible for working with the COO on the firm's day-to-day operations, and the full recruitment process. This is an administrative role where you'll oversee workflow, administrative processes, coordinating staff and freeing up Advisers and Directors time to focus on our clients with ongoing variety, no two days are the same
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the firm alongside the COO
Manage and improve workflow processes across the firm
Assist with employee onboarding
Support business development initiatives, and manage marketing materials
Support the leadership team in strategic planning and business development initiatives
Manage office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and organisation.
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
Liaise with IT and building management to address office infrastructure and maintenance issues.
Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
Coordinate annual events with Australia wide staff – including training days & our Annual Conference.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar practice manager, office manager or senior administrative coordinator role – Financial Planning Services preferred
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning practice management systems
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
