Job Description:
Corporate Security has an opportunity for a Director, Cyber Intelligence to support development, maintenance and sustainment of multiple corporate initiatives spanning collateral, special access program, and intelligence community systems as well as support for all L3Harris systems processing classified, controlled unclassified information and foreign government information across our worldwide footprint.
Essential Functions:
Ensure the coordination of information security program initiatives with the Corporations Information Technology and Cyber Engineering Groups as well as external partners such as: the Defense Industrial Base Sector Coordinating Council (DIB SCC) Defense Security Information Exchange (DSIE) and Information Sharing Working Groups; Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Industrial Base Cyber Security/Information Assurance (DIB CS/IA) Program; Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA); and Department of Homeland Security Homeland Security Investigations (DHS HSI) to ensure the timely receipt of critical threat information as well as the development of cost-effective security solutions to ensure the protection of the corporations classified, controlled unclassified, and proprietary information.Engage with our team of over 250 Cyber Security professionals and identify the right mix of tools and techniques to create scalable, secure and effective cyber security solutions.Perform duties as subject matter expert to address requirements listed in the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG); 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM); Intelligence Community Directives (ICD); and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM).Identify training needs and develop cirriculum to address gaps and create common skills by level.Provide support to OCONUS teams in Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.Develop and publish information assurance policy for all information (US and International) within the CorporationDevelop and review System Security Plans (SSP), all required supporting documentation/artifacts (POA&M, NSP, etc.), and local policies in accordance with the JSIG, NISPOM, ICD, and DCSA DAAPM.Develop Cyber Security strategies and plans designed to protect Controlled Unclassified Information, Cloud based architectures and the use of Artificial Intelligence software.Chair Information Security Working Groups chartered with:Drive process standardization across the enterprise.Develop metrics to measure health, and throughput of networks.Examine the affect of government policy directives and identify corrective actions.Develop scalable solutions for efficient management of RMF activities.Perform periodic self-inspections, tests, and reviews of the Information Security program to ensure that systems are operating as authorized/accredited and implement corrective actions for any identified findings and vulnerabilities.Operate, maintain, and dispose of systems in accordance with security policies and proceduresDevelop and conduct test procedures for verification of Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls to meet customer requirementsRemain current on information assurance regulations and contract security requirementsCoordinate with Facility Security Officers (FSOs) and Contractor Program Security Officers (CPSOs) to define, implement and maintain information security policies, strategies, and proceduresCreate and conduct Information System Security briefingsAbility to travel to offsite locations as requiredActive Top Secret Clearance with Eligibility for SCI accessQualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing SAP information systems
1 year experience with International Security oversight to include but not limited to United Kingdom and Australian Ministry of Defence (MOD) system authorizations and security support staff
Active Top Secret Clearance with Eligibility for SCI access
Preferred Additional Skills:
Existing customer Authorizing Official – DIB peer relationshipsParticipation in national industrial security associations and working groups.5 years of experience implementing ICD and/or DCSA DAAPM requirementsIn-depth knowledge with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)Management and administration experience with ISO 27000/27001, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), General Protection Data Regulation (GDPR), and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements and controlsExperience with NIST Security Controls, ICD 503, and JSIG requirements/programsExperience with Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMWare, Nutanix, and Citrix and cloud based security desired.Technical knowledge of Linux, and UNIX based platforms preferred#LI-NR1
