Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for patients and visitors in our car park and deliver high-quality service while contributing to the safe and efficient operation of hospital car parks.
  • Manage car park enquiries (telephone, reception and concession queries) with accurate and empathetic information to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Support functionality and maintenance of car park equipment (boom gates, ticketing systems, and other infrastructure).
  • Assist with administrative tasks (staff passes, mail distribution, reporting, data management) to ensure smooth car park operations.
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming car park environment; address complaints and resolve equipment issues; maintain presentation standards.
About You / Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level customer service with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organisational and problem-solving skills to manage competing priorities and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Technical proficiency and attention to detail with administrative tasks, data entry, and equipment/system management.
