The MS Gong Ride is a legendary cycling event from Sydney to Wollongong that raises vital funds to support people living with multiple sclerosis, and we couldn't do it without the support of our amazing volunteers.

MS Plus is one of Australia's leading providers of support for people living with multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions. For nearly 70 years, we've offered expert guidance on living well with MS, delivering emotional and practical support through allied health, employment and NDIS services, wellbeing programs, and peer support.

We're seeking Mobile Mechanics to support the MS Gong Ride on Sunday 2 November 2025.

Provide on the go mechanical support to riders along the course, helping with basic repairs and keeping bikes road ready so participants can continue their ride safely and confidently.

We're looking for volunteers who:

  • Have basic bike repair knowledge
  • Are confident and physically fit to ride the event
  • Have good communication skills
  • Able to work with event staff and other volunteers to ensure rider is assisted
  • Are reliable
