We seek a Restaurant Manager with:

  • Previous experience in a senior management role.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverages.
  • Experience with costed rostering.
  • The ability to monitor and maintain service standards.
  • A motivation for continuous improvement and development.
  • The ability to build ongoing rapport with regular guests.
  • Proven experience in leading a team and fostering a positive team culture.
