What You'll Do:
  • Complete extensive sales training on products, over-the-phone sales techniques, and lead management
  • Increase profits by closing inbound calls and web leads using proven sales techniques
  • Exceed sales goals and meet quality standards
  • Educate business owners on product features and benefits
  • Respond to questions, handle objections, and update lead system accurately
  • Manage at least 50 calls per day, focusing 80% of your time on customer assistance
What It Takes To Be A Rock Star:
  • College degree and 2-5 years of inside sales experience preferred
  • Proven success in sales
  • Unrelenting drive for success
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Assertive, goal-oriented, positive team player
  • Desire for a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in payments or SaaS sales is a plus
  • Bi-lingual abilities are a plus

This is an in-office role with base salary plus uncapped variable pay, potential for six-figure income. It is not order-taking; we seek driven individuals eager to grow their book of business.

Note:

The salary range applies to our Ohio team. Starting pay depends on various factors including location, experience, and education.
