$88,090 - $94,788 per annum

In this role you will provide specialist counselling to children, young people and adults who have experienced sexual assault and to their support people. The position also includes the provision of therapeutic services and intervention to children and young people who engage in harmful sexual behaviours. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the personal and community issues surrounding sexual assault, family violence and complex interpersonal trauma.

You will have (or be working towards):

  • Tertiary qualification e.g. Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent
  • Skills and experience in working with children who are victims of sexual assault and their families.
  • Knowledge of and interest in working with children with problem sexual behaviour and their families.
  • Working with Children's Check and National Police Check
