Skydive Australia has 12 drop zones across Australia, providing people the ultimate thrill. Our locations span from the sands of Cairns to the grapevines of the Yarra Valley. About You

You are a hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional customer service skills including face-to-face, phone, and email manners. You are detail-oriented, understand manifesting functions, and are ready to jump in and help where needed.

About The Role

We are seeking Ground Crew at our Wollongong Drop Zone due to our continued success and ongoing growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Office and Admin duties as required
  • Support Skydive Instructors in preparing and training customers for skydives
  • Assist in coordinating parachute landings
  • Follow safety procedures and protocol
  • High level of initiative and independence
  • Willingness to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
