Purpose and Key Job Activities

Under general direction, responsible for the overall design, communication, and reporting/analytics of all sales compensation programs. Ensures that programs and reports support strategic objectives and meet legal requirements. Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, and administration teams to achieve sales goals in a large, diverse, and fast-moving business.

Key Job Activities:
  • Design and draft sales compensation plans: Perform modeling, forecast results, and monitor plans to ensure they drive desired behaviors. Present recommendations and obtain approvals.
  • Manage reporting and analysis: Conduct reporting that measures plan effectiveness and sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
  • Build sales analytics and BI: Enable the global sales organization to execute strategies and achieve goals.
  • Refine systems and processes: Automate and improve understanding of business and market environments.
  • Develop dashboards and presentations: Communicate results clearly to all organizational levels.
  • Synthesize data into management reports: Create compelling and understandable performance dashboards.
  • Present analysis to executives: Communicate insights effectively to leadership.
  • Participate in special projects: Perform other related duties as needed.
Education:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: Master's degree
Experience (North America & LATAM):
  • Required: Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5-7 years, preferably in sales compensation.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, administration, BI reporting tools, advanced MS Office skills.
