Coastal Orthodontics in Tweed Heads is a contemporary orthodontic practice offering specialised services in a warm, friendly, and relaxed environment.

We are on the hunt for a friendly, motivated and experienced Orthodontic Assistant / experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team on a Casual basis

Job Description
  • Assist our orthodontists with patient care and procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and organised.
  • Sterilise instruments and maintain equipment.
  • Coordinate treatment plans and communicate them clearly to patients
  • Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience throughout their care journey
  • Support administrative tasks and patient management.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:Prior experience in the dental/orthodontic industry is strongly preferred
  • Team Player:A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Organisational Skills:Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organised in a busy environment.
  • Customer Focus:A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding service.
