The role - your duties will include :

• Database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, letterbox drops;
• Booking and assisting with home appraisals;
• Assisting with open homes and private inspections;
• Handling phone & email inquiries;
• Managing leads pipeline;
• Assisting with listing properties for sale;
• Building relationships with existing and prospective vendors and buyers;
• Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities;
• Assisting in developing marketing materials;
• Data entry and other administrative duties as required; and
• Ensuring a smooth sales campaign process from start to finish; and
• Any other ad hoc general administrative duties.

The candidate - to succeed in this role you'll have :

• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
• An exceptional customer service ethos;
