Overview

Personal Banker | Mt Ommaney | 12 month fixed-term contract | QLD

Join to apply for the Personal Banker role at Bendigo Bank. This is a 12 month fixed-term, full-time position located in Mt Ommaney, with a 76-hour fortnight roster.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver win-win solutions for the bank and customers by understanding customers' current and future goals and designing suitable solutions
  • Educate and support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as the bank continues to innovate
  • Guide customers through personalised lending solutions by exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options
  • Engage in ongoing learning and participate in on-the-job training and other development opportunities
  • Build connections by supporting customers and communities while contributing to a positive team culture
What you'll bring to the role
  • Proven ability to achieve sales results through customer-focused solutions
  • Confidence to communicate with customers face to face and over the phone
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Willingness to understand and articulate what makes the bank different
  • Collaborative mindset and team orientation
  • Experience in consumer lending is a plus but not essential
