What's the role?

Role Overview : We are seeking a talented Creative Service Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role involves client account management, driving new business, and developing strategic content marketing campaigns. At Visual Domain, you will collaborate with a dynamic content team and contribute to client growth and success.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and deliver video content programs successfully
  • Generate revenue by responding to leads and acquiring new clients
  • Identify client requirements, scope projects, and estimate costs
  • Create proposals to win new projects
  • Respond to briefs and RFQs
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships
  • Enter sales data into CRM (Hubspot)
  • Conduct handover and kickoff meetings with clients and production teams
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email marketing)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization insights
  • Understand client business goals and collaborate accordingly
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Proven digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Ads, Analytics, social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Structured with a proven process approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
