Are you a driven leader looking to make your mark in a rapidly growing organization? We're seeking an exceptional Senior Vice President of Customer Success to drive client success and revenue expansion across our global portfolio.

This is a hands-on, commercially savvy leadership role that requires a strong track record of growing strategic accounts, project management, and managing senior/executive relationships across multiple geographies. You will be responsible for building influential relationships with senior stakeholders, uncovering opportunities, and driving high-impact cross-sell and upsell wins.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' progressive leadership experience in client services, customer success, or account management—ideally in BPO, CX, SaaS, or technology-led services. They will be a relentless drive for growth, accountability, and continuous improvement, with strong time management skills and adaptability across global time zones and operational rhythms.
