Overview

SeaView Preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our vibrant service located in Blackbutt, NSW. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping the lives of young children and supporting their growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs to meet the needs of children aged 2 to 6 years
  • Providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children's curiosity, creativity and exploration
  • Observing and documenting children\'s learning and development, and using this information to tailor your approach
  • Building strong, respectful relationships with children and their families
  • Collaborating with the broader early learning team to ensure a cohesive, high-quality learning experience
  • Child safe service, with a dedicated commitment to Child safe standards, ensuring the health, safety and well being of all children in your care
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • A relevant Early Childhood education qualification, such as a Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
  • Demonstrated experience as an Early Childhood Educator, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children and families
  • A genuine passion for childcare and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
