Overview

Little Peoples Early Learning Centres are looking for committed and enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team on a casual basis across our Wollongong and Shellharbour services.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs for children based on the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Observe and assess the needs and development of each child and adapt programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with families to share insights and build strong partnerships.
  • Maintain documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and team meetings.
  • Foster an inclusive environment for children with diverse needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
  • Hold a Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Have a valid Working with Children Check.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain).
  • Be committed to a casual position.
