The Role

We're looking for a Relief Administrator to join our growing team here at the Coronis Group Based in Lutwyche, you will support our 8 corporate offices when administrators are on leave. Working closely with the Sales and Property Management divisions, your work will ensure they can spend more time engaging with customers. You will handle all administrative tasks and be responsible for reception duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a busy reception desk and handling inbound call volumes,
  • Preparing real estate forms and processes,
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed with exceptional customer service,
  • Maintaining high attention to detail and effective time management,
  • Ensuring Real Estate professionals adhere to compliance requirements.
About You

The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in a similar role involving administration and reception duties,
  • The ability to meet deadlines and targets,
  • Experience working in high-volume call and walk-in reception environments,
  • A high level of attention to detail, with strong prioritization and organizational skills,
  • A history of providing exceptional customer service,
  • A current QLD driver's license and own vehicle.
