Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Consultant based in Sydney, NSW with some work-from-home flexibility. The Product Consultant will be responsible for understanding the needs of people living with disabilities and recommending suitable rehabilitation, mobility, and adaptive equipment. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with end users, carers and healthcare professionals, demonstrating & quoting equipment, providing customer service and follow up. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with therapists and healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for end-users.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence
• Current Working with Children's Check & Police Check
• NDIS Workers Certification
• High level of professionalism at all times
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to trouble shoot technical issues
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals, caregivers, clients and all departments of the Dejay Team.
• Customer Service skills to offer supportive and responsive assistance
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the healthcare or assistive technology industry and the NDIS is a plus
