The Opportunity

Opal HealthCare is accepting Expressions of Interest for our permanent, Relief General Manager roles in Northern Sydney. These roles can cover all of NSW Central and Sydney West. We continuously accept applications throughout the year to support and train our future General Managers If you are seeking to transition into the health sector but lack exposure, this role is ideal for you.

Our full-time, Relief General Manager roles are designed for individuals with limited or no sector experience or management exposure, especially those transitioning from the Hotel or Hospitality sectors. The role involves supporting our NSW Central Care Communities.

You will gain experience leading a care community to deliver high-quality care and inspire teams to fulfill our purpose of "Bringing joy to those we care for."
