Your New Role

As a Care Companion, you will provide care and support that enhances residents' wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

  • Work within our Better Together social model of ageing well, offering a continuum of care and support services in a range of accommodation options
  • Support and personal care services for residents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the team, with residents and their families
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure safety for all
  • Provide meaningful experiences to help residents thrive

Part-Time Afternoon Shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 2:45 PM to 9:45 PM

About You

Does this sound like you?

  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for genuine care
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Relevant qualifications, e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support or Cert IV in Disability Support
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including Influenza 2025
  • Have full work rights for this role, as it involves a 4-day work week
