We're looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support the sourcing of goods and services that keep our stores, offices, and central teams running smoothly. You'll play a key role in purchasing, supplier management, and process improvement ensuring we get the right products and services, at the right time, for the right price.
What you'll do:
Coordinate purchasing for a range of needs, from store and office consumables to services.
Manage purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and supplier follow-ups to keep things on track.
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier lists, and pricing agreements.
Assist with supplier performance tracking, contract administration, and compliance processes.
Keep data up to date in AP21 and other systems, preparing reports and supplier contact lists.
Work cross-functionally with store operations, marketing, IT, and facilities to forecast supply needs.
Support finance with invoice reconciliation and procurement documentation.
What you'll bring:
Understanding of procurement processes and supplier engagement.
ERP/procurement system experience (AP21 a bonus).
Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to prioritise tasks.
Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous retail store experience highly regarded.
