About The Role

Are you an ambitious, skilled and motivated individual looking for an exciting opportunity to join the construction industry? Look no further than the City's Infrastructure Construction group, where we are seeking Civil Construction Attendants to bring their expertise and passion to the table

As a Civil Construction Attendant, you will be responsible for working with a dynamic team to construct high-quality civil infrastructure that meets the needs of our community and external customers. With a focus on safety, efficiency and innovation, you will be involved in the planning, design, and implementation of a wide range of private works projects, from roads and bridges to water and sewage systems.

As per the inherent requirements of this role, travel outside of the Local Government Area may be required. Travel allowances will be paid as applicable.

About You

Qualified candidates will hold a Certificate III in Civil Construction or a similar qualification, or willing to complete the certification within an agreed timeframe. You will have relevant industry experience in one of the following: constructing stormwater systems, potable water infrastructure, sewer reticulation, steel-reinforced concrete structures, earthworks, or road pavements. You will have knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety practices and consistently work to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

  • Starting salary around $65,508.36 + superannuation.
  • Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week.
