Us: Rosso Espresso is a vibrant, fast-paced café dedicated to serving quality food, great coffee, and fresh juices with a smile. We take pride in our fresh ingredients, efficient service, and warm, community atmosphere. Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and hands-on Food Prep Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assemble made-to-order items including:
  • Sandwiches and paninis
  • Baked croissants and sweets
  • Fresh juices and smoothies
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
  • Assist with stock rotation and daily kitchen prep
  • Follow recipes and portion guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure smooth service
  • Keep prep areas clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a café, deli, or food prep environment is a bonus, but not essential
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and food presentation
  • Flexible availability Monday-Friday
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Multitasking a must
