Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to positively impact someone's life? We're currently seeking dedicatedfemale Disability Support Workersto join our experienced and supportive team, delivering 24/7 care in a participant's home.

Proposed Roster Structure:

  • Morning:6:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Afternoon:12:30 PM – 6:00 PM

This position involves a rotating roster coveringweekdays, weekends, and passive overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and hygiene support
  • Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a safe, clean home environment
  • Supporting social and community participation
  • Preparing meals and assisting with nutritional needs
  • Assisting with mobility (Sara Stedy transfers)
  • Medication administration support
  • Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
  • Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Minimum 12 months of direct or lived experience in disability support
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
  • Full rights to work in Australia
