What does the role involve?

  • Building relationships by meeting with customers daily to identify business opportunities and create value through long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Time and Territory Management (TTM): creating daily schedules, including visits to jobsites and client offices, to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.
  • Be a Hilti Champion: carry technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
  • Tracking your progress using Salesforce to record all interactions related to sales; reporting is a key part of this role.

What You Need Is

  • Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture (highly desirable)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Hands-on attitude: demonstrating tools, using Salesforce, collaborating across departments
  • Experience in the construction or related industries (advantageous)
  • Time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Valid full Australian driver's license; company car provided
  • Willingness to be mobile domestically or internationally; candidates on 485 Temporary Graduate Visas considered
