Overview

Recruiting the best Medical Device commercial talent across Australia, New Zealand & beyond. A long-established medical device organisation with a global reach and a speciality in Orthopaedic Trauma products are adding to their team on the Gold Coast, as they commence a program of growth and implement a new go to market strategy. Genuine career growth opportunities, with some exciting developments currently in progress. This could be a chance for you to step up from a Clinical Support role into a Territory Manager position, or demonstrate your current ability if you are already in a sales role.

The role
  • Be part of the planning for go to market strategies to identify new surgical opportunities
  • Work with existing customers in case coverage and creating awareness of new products
  • Perform in service training and education on both new and existing products and systems
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new territory or market opportunities
  • Consistently upskill and further your knowledge by taking part in internal educational training opportunities.
  • Attend local and national conferences
The person
  • Experienced clinical support or salesperson who has worked in a healthcare related field, preferably within an Orthopaedic portfolio
  • Have a growth mindset to capitalise on opportunities within the territory
  • Knowledge of the Gold Coast public and private hospital systems an advantage
  • Self-starter and well organised to get on with your day
  • Have a natural enthusiasm for learning and executing on what you learn
  • Be able to be dynamic and agile
  • Teamwork is paramount to support each other for a common goal
  • Excellent communication. Verbal, written and presentation
