Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our Norwest head office.

This is a critical leadership role with a national reach, responsible for driving operational performance, supporting our branch network, and contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes across the organisation.

As the central point of contact for operational support, you'll engage with a broad range of stakeholders to identify challenges, implement practical solutions, and lead the standardisation of policies and processes. Your focus will be on enabling frontline success through smart, scalable operational practices and strategic support.

You will also play a key role in coordinating national marketing initiatives, driving performance analysis, and supporting internal communication across the business.

About You

• Proven experience in operations management, business support, or process improvement roles.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical and commercially astute – comfortable working with data and KPIs.
• Experience implementing and standardising business processes and systems.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• An inclusive culture and access to our Women's Lead Network (if applicable).
