This 2026 IBL program focuses on Business Administration (Warranty) and commences mid-January 2026. The role requires full-time office hours until the end of January 2027. To qualify, you must be an undergraduate student in your penultimate year of study, with at least 12 months or 2 semesters remaining to complete your degree, ideally in a business-related field.
Based at our corporate Head Office in Mulgrave, we offer a blend of on-the-job experience and professional development opportunities, including online and in-person learning, to support your growth and career connection.
The role:
This 12-month (2026-2027) Business Administration (Warranty) role offers insight into aftersales customer service, warranty administration, warranty support, and data analytics. Responsibilities include dealer and factory claim processing, reporting, communication with global HQs, and supporting audits and projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is required.
