This well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering and design consultancy operates in NT and Qld. Known for delivering high-quality engineering and project management services, they work across urban and regional land development, housing & civil infrastructure for private & public sector clients.
About YouYou'll take on project-broad responsibilities and wider scopes of challenging work in a 'direct' work environment and a bureaucracy-free zone. You'll be involved with the design, technical support and project delivery whilst leading and mentoring your team.
Key Responsibilities- Leading & mentoring junior team members
- Maintaining existing & building new client relationships
- Modelling, design & documentation of roads subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics & earthworks
- Technical input to ensure designs meet project needs
- Timely and budget-conscious project delivery
To excel in this role, you will ideally have:
- A Civil / Associate Engineering degree (recognised by EA.)
- 10-20 years of engineering / design experience
- Familiarity with Austroads/NZ standards & Australian regulations
- Exp. in geometric design and modeling, eg 12D or similar
- Strong in design of roads, subdivisions, drainage & earthworks
- Excellent communication skills & ability to build relationships
- Proactive approach to mentoring and team management
