Third in Charge - Rundle Mall Originals Concept Store, Adelaide

We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Rundle Mall Originals Concept Store in Adelaide on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

  • Achieving store targets and providing an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
  • Role modelling our service and selling standards to deliver outstanding customer experiences while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Representing the adidas brand and company values in an inspiring and impactful manner.
  • Executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Training and coaching team members to enhance service skills and deepen brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinating inventory processing for efficiency and seamless stock-to-floor flow.
  • Sharing best practices to improve overall store team performance.

Experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

  • Retail team leadership in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
  • Visual merchandising
  • Stockroom procedures
