ABOUT THE ROLE

The Membership Operations Coordinator is responsible for optimising day-to-day membership operations (including improving membership team processes) and coordinating the member fulfilment program.

Reporting to the Membership Operations & Ticketing Manager, this role will:

  • Complete day-to-day tasks of membership operations and drive opportunities to innovate and streamline processes where possible
  • Execute the operational requirements to execute sales campaigns
  • Execute all membership communications in conjunction with the marketing team
  • Develop and execute the membership fulfilment campaign, including all associated branding and communication
  • Improve and maintain database integrity by ensuring key benchmarks are met that relate to specific data fields captured
  • Assist with all match-day logistics, including membership collections and sales

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a curious, inquisitive, and detail-oriented individual who will work collaboratively to innovate.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • A degree in Sports/Business Administration or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of CRM applications with a particular focus on Archtics, SalesForce and FanView.
  • Proficient in data analysis and data-driven decision making
  • Self-motivated and can show initiative
  • A positive mindset and the ability to problem solve
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment

Our ideal candidate can work a wide array of hours with a varying schedule to suit the seasonal priorities of the football industry. Some interstate travel may be required.

The successful candidate is required to undergo and pass a police check and hold a current and valid Victorian Working with Children's Check.
