The Role

In this role, your duties will revolve around acting as a support for the Sales Director, as well as being available and supportive to other members of the Opuz team. You will be proactive, approachable, organised and maybe even have a flair for sales yourself.

Main Duties

  • Support existing clients with their queries
  • Help arrange events
  • Support the business with social media updates
  • Arrange meetings with both new and existing customers
  • Support the team with other sales and marketing support tasks
  • Assist with new client generation

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar, fast paced administration/sales role
  • Confident and able to take instruction
  • Organised and detail orientated
  • Proactive and approachable with the ability to multi-task
  • You must live locally, and be able to work from the office (Hybrid)
