Our Perth Office is looking for an Entry Level, Full Time Business Support Administrator to join our team.

About The Role
  • You will meet and provide exceptional customer service to clients and Head Office visitors.
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls to Head Office promptly and professionally.
  • Manage multiple calendars and inboxes.
  • Organise Courier services.
  • Submit and organise monthly orders with external providers.
About You
  • You will have a high attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent time management.
  • High level of phone and email etiquette.
