This is your chance to join a Melbourne-basedfamily investment officewith a diverse portfolio spanning agriculture, property, private equity, venture capital, equities and joint ventures. What you'll do

Your work will cover the full spectrum of commercial and corporate legal support, including:

• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of agreements, including supply contracts, joint venture documents, loan agreements, general security agreements, and trust deeds.
• Advising on commercial transactions, acquisitions and sales of businesses, including due diligence processes.
• Preparing and negotiating documentation for property matters, including leases and associated contracts.
• Providing intellectual property advice, including trade mark searches and liaising with IP professionals.
• Supporting estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Assisting with corporate governance and secretarial matters across a portfolio of companies.
• Researching and advising on complex and novel legal issues across multiple industries.

Every day is different, you'll move between matters, industries and business contexts, not repeat the same task on a loop.

What we're looking for

• 2-5years PQE in corporate/commercial law (law firm or in-house).
• High-level drafting and document review skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to balance technical precision with practical business advice.
• A collaborative, adaptable mindset suited to working across diverse industries and issues.
• Exposure to tax lawand/or financial concepts.
