You're a confident communicator with a knack for making people feel welcome whether that be face-to-face, over the phone, or on email. With over three years of experience in customer service or a related field, you know how to keep things running smoothly in busy environments. You'll be comfortable handling transactions, balancing accounts, and navigating booking systems with ease. You will be tech-savvy and detail-oriented, and bring strong computer and keyboarding skills, along with a genuine passion for helping others enjoy their holiday to the fullest.
