The Role

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice (and fingers) of Stuart Alexander & Co. – the go-to person for our customers and Sales team. You'll be handling everything from answering questions about our awesome products to processing orders and smoothing over any bumps in the road. Think of yourself as a customer superhero, swooping in to save the day (and their tastebuds). You'll be using all your communication superpowers across phone, email, web, and even social media – so get ready to flex those skills This role is all about living our value of Care, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and helpful.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Enquiries & Support:

  • Zap those customer questions about product availability, deliveries, and all things delicious with lightning-fast responses.
  • Proactively tackle any customer issues and turn frowns upside down – customer satisfaction is your superpower
  • Coordinate customer deliveries like a logistics pro, working with transport providers to get those goodies where they need to be.

Order Management
  • Process customer orders with laser focus – accuracy is key
  • Become a product guru – know our range, promotions, and new launches inside and out so you can wow our customers.
  • Dance to the rhythm of our CRM systems (Salesforce) and the Lawson M3 Logistics Ordering System – you'll be a tech wizard in no time

Customer Issue Resolution & Escalation
  • Solve customer puzzles like a pro, and if things get tricky, you know how to escalate to the right team.
  • Investigate and process customer claims efficiently – justice will be served (with a side of deliciousness).
  • Keep meticulous records of all customer interactions in Salesforce – you're a data superstar

Experience & Skills
  • Superb communication skills (written and verbal) – you can charm anyone
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is a major plus. Order management system experience is also a bonus.
  • Time management and organisational skills that would make a superhero jealous – juggling multiple tasks is your jam.
  • Problem-solving abilities that would impress Sherlock Holmes – no mystery is too tough for you
  • Bonus points for Shopify experience – you're a digital dynamo
