Nuix is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager specializing in managing the Licensing capability. The role includes setting the strategic product management vision for Nuix's flagship product platform, driving commercial success, and delivering growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The candidate may have a background in eDiscovery, Investigations, Information / Data Governance, or Forensic Investigations.

Nuix is seeking a Product Manager with a focus on Licensing. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and execute the product strategy for Nuix's Licensing capability, ensuring commercial success and market differentiation.

• Develop and articulate a strategic product management vision for the Nuix Licensing capability, aligned with the company's objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to define and prioritize the product roadmap based on strategic goals and customer requirements.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, with ongoing lifecycle management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Define and track key product metrics and use data-driven insights to guide improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in eDiscovery, Investigations, Data Governance, or Forensic Investigations to guide internal teams and customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts to inform the roadmap.
• Champion the product internally, communicating its value proposition to teams and executives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement materials.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to licensing and related domains.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in product management with a licensing focus; SaaS or enterprise software background; experience with monetization and system integrations.
• Experience with JIRA, Aha, and ServiceNow.
• Desirable: hands-on experience in software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, usage-based) and knowledge of license enforcement and security measures; understanding both business strategy and technical implementation.
• Proven ability to set and execute a strategic product vision that drives commercial success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership, influence, and change-management capabilities.
• Experience in agile development and a fast-paced environment; knowledge of cloud/SaaS platforms.
• Travel may be required in select cases; role primarily based in Sydney CBD with hybrid options.
