We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Quarry Operator to join our client at a Quarry. Pay rate of between $34 - $37+Super+overtime. We are looking for operators experienced in operating excavators, front-end loaders (FEL), and dump trucks. Your responsibilities will include hauling raw feed, loading road trucks, feeding the crushing and screening plant, and performing basic maintenance tasks. To thrive in this role, you should have a strong commitment to safety, enjoy collaborating with a small team, be adaptable and approachable, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental practices
  • Complete pre-start checks on equipment
  • Operate mobile plant and equipment efficiently and safely
  • Perform basic housekeeping and maintenance of quarry equipment
  • Conduct plant and process inspections

QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES

  • Proven experience operating heavy mobile equipment is essential
  • Background in quarrying or mining operations, including familiarity with safety management systems, is essential
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to work effectively within a small team and adapt to changing tasks

  • Day shift role
  • 34 to $37 per hour plus Superannuation
  • Opportunities for overtime
