As a Personal Care Assistant Wellbeing (PCAWB), you will provide quality personal care and support the lifestyle choices of our residents at mecwacare Gregory Lodge, a 60-bed facility. The PCAWB supports our residents' physical, spiritual, social, and cultural needs to maintain their wellbeing and independence.

What you bring:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Aged Care.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
  • A proactive approach to resident care and wellbeing.
  • Ability to understand and implement resident care plans.
  • Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors.
  • Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Pro-active and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude.
