Customer Service Operator - Located at Newcastle

At our Newcastle branch, we're looking for someone with strong automotive experience or interest who can handle the pressure, talk straight with customers, and back up the branch team to deliver top-notch service.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers – on the phone, behind the counter, or coordinating jobs.
  • Back the Branch Manager to keep the workshop running smoothly.
  • Handle invoicing, job authorisations, and admin with accuracy.
  • Work as part of a tight-knit team to get vehicles in, fixed, and out again.
  • Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians to keep jobs moving.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

About the Role: This role suits someone who's worked around cars or trucks and understands the pace of an automotive workshop. If you want to be part of a hardworking team that values reliability and results, we'd like to hear from you.

What We're Looking For
  • Automotive background – experience in service advising, spare parts, or customer support in a workshop environment preferred.
  • Practical communicator – someone who can talk to tradies, fleet managers, and everyday drivers in plain terms.
  • Detail-driven – get the paperwork right the first time.
  • Reliable team player – dependable, organised, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
  • Tech capable – confident on computers, with some social media awareness a bonus.
