About the Job

As the Maintenance Assistant you will be joining the Facilities Maintenance team where your primary role will be completing general maintenance tasks at all Tony White Group properties across the Newcastle, Cardiff and the Hunter Valley, providing safe, clean and well-presented facilities to customers and staff. This is a full-time position with a tool of trade vehicle supplied.

Responsibilities
  • Follow Tony White Group WHS policies to ensure a safe work environment
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, facilities and equipment
  • Perform varied and wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain tools and equipment appropriately to ensure safety and security
