This Clinical Nurse educator role within the Learning & Development team at For Purpose Aged Care will allow you to utilise your clinical knowledge to help improve the training and development programs provided to our teams. This role will be based at our QLD office with frequent travel to our sites in QLD (Narangba, Jimboomba and Maryborough) and NSW (South Grafton, Tamworth) and occasionally WA (Mandurah and Singleton).

What will this role involve?

  • Facilitating learning and training programs including face-to-face, distance, eLearning and assessments
  • Ensuring that program evaluations are completed and reviewed for continuous improvement
  • Partnering with and supporting internal and external clients to identify L&D solutions
  • Provide pre and post training consultancy to managers
  • Provide feedback and assesscompetency on relevant role specific tasks
  • Identifying opportunities to update and refresh training resources

What do I need to apply?

  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
  • Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Clinical experience in an aged care environment
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally
