Overview

Boss Carpentry WA has positions available for qualified Carpenters.

Operating since 2006, we have built lasting relationships with our builders in the commercial and multi dwelling residential sector. We cover most aspects of carpentry including, second fix carpentry, timber and aluminium cladding and feature timber work, timber and steel wall and roof frame construction, forward works/site setups (boundary fence and amenity construction) on nursing homes, schools, daycare centers, apartments and multi unit sites.

With a full pipeline of work for 2025/2026 we are seeking quality Carpenters to join our team with the following criteria;

Responsibilities
  • Hanging of solid core doors
  • Install fire rated and non fire rated door frames
  • Installing Skirting, bathroom fittings and fixtures, bollards etc
  • Install timber trims, nosings, stringers and alike
  • Installing temporary Hoardings, site structures and framing
  • General fit out works
  • Decks, timber and aluminum linings
Qualifications
  • Cert III in carpentry with full apprenticeship completed - (No student cert 111)
  • Drivers license
  • White card
  • Full tool kit
  • Working at heights (not required but an advantage)
Working hours & Compensation
  • Our standard working hours are 40 hours per week, (OVERTIME AVAILABLE) inclusive of an RDO
  • Half day Saturdays when requested
  • Base hourly rate plus
  • Fuel allowance
  • Parking paid
  • Super
  • Long service leave
  • Public holiday, sick, holiday pay
  • Leave loading
  • RDO's (inclusive)
