Your new role :

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide high-level paediatric services across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will :

  • Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention in feeding, dysphagia, and communication for paediatric patients.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across wards and clinics.
  • Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and clinical education initiatives.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior clinicians, students, and Allied Health Assistants.

About you :

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate clinician who demonstrates :

  • Expertise in paediatric speech pathology, particularly in feeding / dysphagia and communication.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with families, carers, and healthcare teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex caseloads, prioritise effectively, and support safe discharge planning.
  • Commitment to service improvement, supervision, and supporting the development of less experienced practitioners.
