Vivid Techno Solutions is a premier IT services and consulting company, delivering high-impact technology solutions across various industries. We are hiring an experienced IT Security Programme Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-wide security programmes for a key client based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT Security programmes.
  • Define programme roadmap, governance structure, and success metrics in alignment with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Oversee a portfolio of cybersecurity projects including identity and access management (IAM), network security, data protection, threat detection, incident response, and compliance.
  • Work closely with CISO, security architects, risk managers, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, APRA CPS 234).
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, vendor contracts, and executive-level reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate programme-level risks and ensure business continuity and resilience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of IT project/programme management experience, with at least 5 years in Cybersecurity programme delivery.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level security programmes across multiple streams.
  • Strong understanding of security domains including IAM, SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, cloud security, and compliance.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore.
  • Proficient in project and programme management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Clarity PPM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Security and project management certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) highly desirable.
