Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator located in Malaga, WA. The Operations Coordinator will coordinate daily operations, manage administrative tasks, coordinate with different departments, and ensure customer service excellence.
Highly desirable attributes include:
- Ability to interpret drawings/written specifications.
- SimPRO Experience
- High level of computer, written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong technical understanding of our services is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Experience and knowledge within the commercial security fencing industry is not essential to be considered for this role but will be looked upon favorably.
