Support, maintain, and develop AGV software in a global, innovative logistics company with flexible work arrangements and strong team culture.


Your role

Responsibilities

  • Supporting, maintaining, developing, and upgrading critical software for AGV robots in warehouses, distribution centres, and factories across the APAC region.
  • Working within the AGV Customer Service team based in the Belrose office.
  • Assisting senior engineers with condition monitoring, breakdown support, software development, and implementation of upgrades, system improvements, and changes.
  • Providing customer-facing support, requiring strong technical and interpersonal skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Occasional travel as directed by business needs.

About you

Qualifications

  • Tertiary Degree qualifications in Computer Science, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering (dual degrees highly regarded), and/or excellent academic records.
  • Strong interest and skills in programming/software development.
  • Proficiency in C# and SQL programming languages; skills in other programming languages highly regarded.
  • Customer service experience and good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of configuration, programming, and commissioning of PLCs (advantageous, can be trained on-the-job).
  • Strong technical writing ability.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent time management and prioritising skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable, mature-minded, proactive team player.
